Cancellation Policies.
All cancellations are subject to a $10-$30 cancellation fee.*
A full refund will be provided for any services cancelled by the sitter before a booking starts. If a sitter cancels during a booking due to concerns that cannot be resolved, a refund will be provided for the remaining days/services.
House Sitting: 10-day for non-holiday bookings. Clients will receive a full refund (minus cancellation fee) if they cancel by 12:00pm 10 days before the stay starts. After that, clients will receive a 50% refund (minus cancellation fee) of the total balance paid. 30-day for holiday bookings. Clients will receive a full refund (minus cancellation fee) if they cancel by 12:00pm 30 days before the stay starts. After that, clients will receive a 60% refund (minus cancellation fee) for the first half of the stay. No refunds will be provided if the booking is cancelled on the day the booking starts or after.
Drop-in Visits: 7-day for non-holiday bookings. Clients will receive a full refund (minus cancellation fee) if they cancel by 12:00pm one week before the stay starts. After that, clients will receive a 50% refund (minus cancellation fee) of the total balance paid. 14-day for holiday bookings. Clients will receive a full refund (minus cancellation fee) if they cancel by 12:00pm two weeks before the stay starts. After that, clients will receive a 75% refund (minus cancellation fee) for the first half of the stay. No refunds will be provided if the booking is cancelled on the day the booking starts or after.
Walks: 2-day for non-holiday bookings. Clients will receive a full refund (minus cancellation fee) if they cancel by 12:00pm two days before the first scheduled walk. After that, clients will receive a 50% refund (minus cancellation fee) of the total balance paid. 7-day for holiday bookings. Clients will receive a full refund (minus cancellation fee) if they cancel by 12:00pm seven days before the stay starts. After that, clients will receive a 75% refund (minus cancellation fee) of the total balance paid. No refunds will be provided if the booking is cancelled on the day the booking starts or after.
Daycare & Boarding: 3-day for non-holiday bookings. Clients will receive a full refund (minus cancellation fee) if they cancel by 12:00pm three days before the scheduled drop-off time. After that, clients will receive a 50% refund (minus cancellation fee) of the total balance paid. 14-day for holiday bookings. Clients will receive a full refund (minus cancellation fee) if they cancel by 12:00pm 2 weeks before the stay starts. After that, clients will receive a 75% refund (minus cancellation fee) of the total balance paid. No refunds will be provided if the booking is cancelled on the day the booking starts or after.
Custom Service: All custom services will have a varying cancellation policy depending on the type of request, duration, and complexity of the service.
