Cancellation Policies.

A full refund will be provided for any services cancelled by the sitter before a booking starts. If a sitter cancels during a booking due to concerns that cannot be resolved, a refund will be provided for the remaining days/services.

There will be no refunds for any cancellations made the day before the service starts or after.

House Sitting, Daycare, and Boarding:

Tier 1: Clients will receive a 75% refund if they cancel 30 days or more before the first day of service.

Tier 2: Clients will receive a 65% refund if they cancel 10 to 29 days before the first day of service.

Tier 3: Clients will receive a 50% refund if they cancel 2 to 9 days before the first day of service.

Walks and Drop In Visits:

Tier 1: Clients will receive a 75% refund if they cancel 14 to 21 days before the first day of service.

Tier 2: Clients will receive a 50% refund if they cancel 7 to 13 days before the first day of service.

Tier 3: Clients will receive a 25% refund if they cancel 2 days to 6 days before the first day of service.

Custom Service: All custom services will have a varying cancellation policy depending on the type of service that is booked, duration of the booking, and complexity.
