  • Can we meet before the booking?

    Yes! Unless you are not available, there will always be a meet and greet with you and your pets. We like to make sure everyone is comfortable and that the sitter will be a good fit for your pets.

  • What if I don't have pets?

    House sitting or drop in visits are available for anyone, whether you have pets or not.

  • You'll stay overnight?

    Absolutely! House sitting is meant for overnight care in your home.

  • Will you give my pets their medications?

    Yes, at the meet and greet we can go over what medications they need and how they take it.

  • What is the 'Constant Care' option I see?

    Constant Care is meant for pets that cannot be left alone for certain periods of time. Whether you work from home or they need frequent potty breaks. You can choose between two constant care options for house sitting, and one for boarding/daycare.

    The rate for house sitting will be based on how long your pets can be left alone.

  • What is extended care?

    Extended care is applied when the end time of the booking exceeds the start time. (ex. Start 8am - End 7pm)

    1-4 hours will be charged $10/hour.

    5-8 hours will be charged at the full nightly rate.

    9-12 hours will be charged the nightly rate + $5/hour

  • Should I leave instructions?

    Instructions are always best for anything more than regular feeding schedules. You can leave written instructions in your home, text, or email us before the first day of the booking. The more information we have the better care your pets/home receive!

  • Am I in or out of your service area?

    Any location that is 5 miles or less from 3513 NE 179th St, Ridgefield, WA 98642 is considered to be in the service area. *A surcharge will be added for all additional miles.

    Constant Care A & B House Sitting Options have a greater service area.

    *Per service - each night, drop in visit, walk, or pick-up/drop off.

  • When are Holiday Rates charged?

    Holiday Rates are charged for any bookings that include the following dates:

    2023 - 2024 dates

    Dec 29 - Jan 2

    Jan 12-15, 2024

    Feb 16-19, 2024

    May 24-27, 2024

    Jul 4-8, 2024

    Aug 30, 2024 - Sep 2, 2024

    Nov 28, 2024 - Dec 1, 2024

    Dec 21, 2024 - Jan 1, 2025.

  • How and when do I pay?

    How: Payments can be made via Square (Debit/Credit Cards, Digital Wallet, Afterpay). You will receive an invoice via email or text and a link to pay.

    When: Your invoice must be paid no more than 48 hours after it has been sent to confirm your booking. If payment is not received, the sitter may accept other bookings. You are welcome to contact us if it is past the 48 hours and if a sitter is still available for your requested dates you may continue with your booking.

  • What if my plans change?

    Refunds/partial refunds are available. Please review the cancellation policies.

  • Can I tip my sitter?

    Tips are never expected but always appreciated! There is an option to add a tip when you pay your invoice at booking, or you can reach out to your sitter to tip them after the service is completed!
